At Progear Bikes your health and safety are our number one priority. Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak in Australia, we have implemented new policies and procedures.

Providing ongoing support to our customers is of great importance, therefore we continue to open our customer service lines to answer all your questions and queries.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and act quickly on the advice of health authorities.

Update 01/06/2020:

Showroom is now open during trading hours between 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) and 9:30am - 3:30pm (Saturdays). Please bear in mind that social distancing of 1.5m is applicable in the showroom.

Update 11/05/2020:

As we have now caught up with our orders, phone lines have re-opened and pick up will be allowed at our Click & Collect locations (booking required). Showroom remains closed.

Update 15/04/2020:

Live chat is now open between 9am to 5pm AEST on Weekdays, and 9am to 3pm on Weekends. All after hours enquiries will still be answered through our system. Phone line remains closed for the time being. We appreciate your understanding and patience. 

Update 25/03/2020:

Due to an unprecedented demand in our products, we will be temporarily closing our phone lines and live chat to focus on processing existing orders. Our priority now is to ensure that all orders are shipped and will be requiring all efforts from our team in order to do so.

Showroom & Pick up

We have decided to close our Showroom and retail stores to further protect the health of our customers and staff. Any existing pick-ups will require approval with our customer service team member.

Online Store

The online store will be open ensuring home deliveries are available to our customers. Your patience is greatly appreciated as there may be delays to home deliveries due to the current circumstances.

Stock Situation

Due to delays with production and restrictions to stock movement, we'll be experiencing stock shortages for certain items. Stock availability will be shown on the product page, as well as the shopping cart and checkout pages.


Our online delivery service is currently experiencing high demand. With the combination of stricter social distancing rules and sensible health and safety measures in place in handling and dispatching orders, this is resulting in longer than expected delivery times.

Standard Delivery: Please allow up to 4 more business days in your delivery for Standard Delivery services.
Express Delivery: No longer guaranteed next business day - however, much quicker than standard delivery.
