    E3 Welding Process

    Welding Process
    Welding Process

We've borrowed this superior method of welding from race car and motorcycle frame manufacturing where a secure weld is extremely crucial. You can see that the E3 welding process allows the weld to penetrate the full thickness of the tube.

    Adventure On

The industry standard tube finishing only allows for the weld to penetrate the thin edge, not penetrated to the end of the tube. The tube isn't bonded together so much as stuck together, making a weak weld. This is one of the main problems plaguing the industry and a major reason for frame breakage.

    Adventure On

We're constantly experimenting and exploring better manufacturing methods. This has led us to completely revamp our manufacturing, to stress quality and performance. E3 is the next wave of BMX.

    • 3 Use a measuring device to measure from the top of the book to the floor (in cm). This measurement is your inseam length.
